hi i made a payment to someone, through paypal for £30 but then he no longer wanted to sell me the item, it was through a echeque, the payment has come out of my bank and it says payment to paypal, now the money is not in my bank or my paypal account, please can we sort this out and get my money back as the seller did cancel the payment now i have lost my money where is it, i want a refund please many thanks michael this is the message i have sent to paypal as you can see i payed someone through echeque and then the seller did not want to sell me the item anymore, and he cancelled it, now my money is not in my bank or my paypal so what happenes next
