Paypal has started declining my recurring Apple App charges. I have followed the instructions on the emails notifying me of the declined payment. Note that no other charges are declined by Paypal. I am able to purchase online as always with my Paypal account. The only charges being declined are from Apple. Contacted Apple and they said the problem was not on their end and to contact Paypal. So I'm doing that now. Any corrective insight to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Dawgtvguy
