I refunded a customer (not my policy) because he was insistent that the product was incorrect. So to keep from getting a bad rating on Ebay, I refunded him. He still has not returned my product back to me -- and I even refunded him shipping cost. I have emailed him and he told me over a week ago that he was going to send it. Also, the dispute is still open in my paypal account and it says that paypal is reviewing it. I don't know what to do!
