the same thing is happening to me. I am trying to cancel a complaint and I get the "invalid" screen. I questioned a charge that iTunes billed me for (it showed up like 4 days after I made the purchase). Now iTunes has locked me out of my account and I assume it is because of this. I'd really like to know how to cancel the complaint
