PayPal Community

I've used my PayPal account for purchases from Nordstroms online for over a year.  Oddly, I cannot use PayPal when I'm logged into my Nordstroms account (which is RIDICULOUS) but as long as I'm checking out as a guest, it's fine.  Then today for some reason, every time I try to check out, I get a message that says "Sorry, you have been redirected away from checkout with PayPal".  Any thoughts on whether this is a PayPal issue or a Nordstrom's issue?   Thanks.   Susannah Perry Knoxville, TN ... I'm trying to send money to a friend of mine and I keep getting the message that my paymentt method isn't working.  I've tried using PayPal Credit AND my bank account and neither one will work.  There is plenty of credit on the PayPal Credit and more than enough in the bank account so what is going on?   I was able to use my PayPal account to make a purchase on another website today.  Could it be an issue with the person I'm trying to send the money to and not my account?   Help!! ...
