So after researching finished items, I charged a set amount for shipping for an item on ebay, and overcharged the person by $4.00 and they are now requesting a refund for the difference, now, after giving me a hard time over the condition of the item and acting childish to be quite frank. Am I technically obligated to give him a refund?
