I just bought From my local walmart there walmart money credit card. its a visa. I added 280$ on the the account and i activated the card via the www.walmartmoneycard.com and it should the balance and everything. like thats good. But when i added the card the the paypal account it comfermed the billing address ... but it still says --- Account Type: Personal Upgrade Status: Unverified Get verified How do i get verified. with out having to make a bank account... iv checked the other forums. Like i searched for visa debit card/ debit card debit card issues. and i tried doing what they say but that dose not work... Please if sombody knows what to do please tell me. and again i bough from wallmart there money visa debit card. and i already verfied it. Thank you to who ever helps solve my problem
