HI Amy, thanks for pointing me to the right direction I have sent an email to the seller that said I don't feel comfortable to be responsible for the Paypal fee in the last email but would take a partial refund of £155, but so far have not heard from him/her since then. I have done many transitions with this seller before, none went wrong except this time so hopefully he/she will understand the situation.     WIll keep you posted and hopefully this issue will be solved soon. Hi all, I bought an item from one UK seller on Dec7 (paypal payment) and it arrived on 24Dec. Unfortunately it was damaged during the shipping and I have contact the seller to regard this issue.    The item was £175 and the seller want me to agree on a partial fund £135. (The seller want me to bear the shipping cost and paypay fee. £20-shipping and £20-paypal fee) The seller also told me In order to make a claim at the post office, he/ she want me to send back some pieces from the package, envelope, boxes etc,.    Regarding the refund, I feel a bit uncomfortable to accept it.  should I ask for a full refund and should I open a dispute for my protection?  Thanks in advance ...
