It's now been three days and the temporary hold on my refund still has not been resolved. I work for a large bank, and I know for a fact that electronic transfers do not take 3-4 days to process. This is total BS. I cannot wait for this issue to be resolved so I can close my Paypal account. The same thing happened to me. I ordered a watch for my daughter's birthday, and then I found out that her boyfriend had ordered the same watch. I contacted the seller to cancel my order, and the seller promptly refunded my money. Meanwhile, Paypal has put a temporary hold on my money. Rawr!!! This is the last time I am using Paypal! ...
