When my subscription customers choose e-check, and it comes time for renewal, the payment starts processing 5 days before the transaction date. This confuses and frustrates some customers who think they are being charged early. I need the correct information to give them to explain the process. Where can I find PayPal's description of subscriptin renewal payment via e-check?
