Dear users and PayPal team I won a case against a seller from China and PayPal said that I have to return the goods to China on my expense to get the refund and I've done. When tracking the parcel, I found that the delivery failed and they are waiting for the seller to collect it or arrange a redelivery from 20th July untill now otherwise they will return the parcel back to the UK. PayPal is not responding to my emails and I'm abroad now so cannot afford for an international call. What shall I do in this case?????? Can anyone of PayPal team deal with this issue please? waiting for your help. Soso
