You are no the only one that caught that. I am wondering if the feature that allows me to receive a notification that I have sent an invoice (I do get this in a timely manner) is also considered an extra feature? Also I have noticed that the customer service person keeps talking about the technical issue with Pay Pal but also adds the part about "This cuts out the possibility of slow email delivery times…". this has nothing to do with the Pay Pal issue and it is something that if it is happening, we would need to deal with our own email servers. @copMom wrote: Glad I'm not the only one that caught that! Just now, for example, I got a notice for something that I ordered online awhile ago to let me know my order has shipped! This is only common courtesy, and we cannot do the same for our customers if we don't know they've made a payment for something they've purchased from us! The same goes for a notice of payment received. The fact that we are sporadically notified shows me they DO have the abiliity to do so, and have always done so in the past. Somehow PayPal needs to put something back that they used to have .. if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
