It's a solution but it isn't the solution anyone is looking for. Why should we have to go thru our bank when paypal is venmo, this is ridiculous and people have been complaining for years yet paypal does NOTHING. How 'bout you get off your butt and fix this? You own both companies why is it so hard for you to do? You really don't seem to mind spreading our sensitive financial info across multiple apps and that isn't cool.
