Hi, yes that's right it was only said that its delivered, but when the case was in the resolution centre I spoke with the team member because that was my first case, I don't even know what to do. She said just give the tracking no. And if we need any thing we will contact you. I was just waiting for that somebody will contact me. I even scanned the receipt to send it. I do got an email that there is no proof of postage but at the same time the case is no more in the resolution centre. I think the email at that time is just a routine to say that we do contact the seller. After that I again spoke with one of the team member then she said that its OK we got everything if we need something we will contact you. But at this time I don't want to believe her, as she told me that its gone in another company's hand how can they contact me. I really don't know what to do? There is no guaranty that if I spoke with paypal, they take me professionally. Is there anything I can do now? I don't want to loose my money, and I am on the right side. Plaese help me!!! Thanks
