I agree with every single on of you, this is VERY ANNOYING!! I have sold some items and pretty much on each one, I have had to shell out the money to ship it while PayPal holds the funds. Then when the item gets delivered, I have to wait for the buyer to leave feedback. Well, we all know that people can take forever on that. UNLESS they are unhappy, they are quick to let you know that. But until they leave you feedback, you don't get your money unless you have hit the time period. I think this policy is very stupid. I understand there are times when you need to refund, but when that happens, the money gets held from your balance. So I just don't understand why this policy is in place. There is no need for it. All it does is just create a huge pain in the rear for everyone. If nothing else, at least seperate the shipping cost from the item cost so we can use our account to ship it. That would be a lot nicer than having to make ourselves broke by paying unneccessary shipping costs on our own.
