When you sign up to receive payments through Paypal, you agree to terms and conditions associated with being a merchant. It's no different if you're accepting credit card payments (which, in essence, you're doing if people are paying you through Paypal). Merchants pay fees, because this is how credit card companies (including Paypal) make their living. So stop whining. If you don't want to pay the fees, set up your ebay auctions to receive money only via check or money order. Or incorporate the fees into the price you expect the buyers to pay you.
