I was attempting to make a small purchase recently (about $5), paypal was using the correct card (as far as I can tell) but whenever I try to pay I get the following message: "Paypal returned an error: The transaction cannot completesuccessfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method" Has anyone had this problem before/ does anyone know what the problem might be or how to solve it? There isn't an alternative method of payment for this particular transaction so I would really appreciate any help.
