I just spent the last 2 1/2 hours, getting the run around between Paypal and Mastercard, talked to 6 different people, 2 supervisors, and got nowhere! The last supervisor I talked to, Robin, kept saying "I'm very sorry ...", but I could hear her snickering after saying her canned phrases. Their customer service is NO service, they don't value their customers. I'm so hurt by their actions that this time, I will post on http://www.ripoffreport.com, and any where else I can to let others know.
