My primary funding source is the papal :Smart Connect" credit card. Never had problem using this card until I bought TV at Tirgerdirect. Papal rules states that if their is not enough funds in primary funding source that second funding source be used to complete transaction of the TV I bought. The problem is that their was more than enough credit to buy TV.Yet papal elected to draw funds from secondary source. The reason for this I believe invalid because their was enough credit, So I called papal and their explanation was that where I bought TV (Tigerdirect) did not sign up to accept the "Smart Connect"card for card to be accepted because palpay charges a annual fee to any web merchant to accept the Smart Connect card. Well thanks for letting me know that papal went to secondary funding source because tirgerdirect did not want to pay papal their yearly stupid fee. Papal should have emailed me that "Smart Connect"credit card is not useable to be fair to me. I bought TV thinking that my primary was funding source would be used because their was enough credit. Not because of a fee, Papal took about 1,000.00 to pay for TV, This **bleep**ing up my bank balance and got 5 checks that came back costing me,00. Papal should say secondary funding can also be used if web company declined to pay merchant fees to papal.
