Hello to all it seems the problem of this is the loss of the "CSC CODE " from our card (probably due update of sort ) resolution of my problem was go to MY account> Profile> Add/ Edit credit card from there go to ur credit card press edit enter the CSC code from ur card and (hint erase from your adress a leter or comma for ex: Adrees : Anastasie Panu nr. 19 bl. D4 ap. 21 et. 5 and i erased dot from Ap (apartament ) Anastasie Panu nr. 19 bl. D4 ap 21 et. 5 and i saved then i made all my payments from ebay like we normaly do . Hope it helps
