If one has a COMPLETED status on a payment, but there have been no fees taken off the payment by Paypal - has it really cleared into your account? Mostly I get PAID status followed by a COMPLETED status and always when you look at the full transaction there are fees taken off by Paypal. Paypal says this has been paid, but I wonder about the fees? .. Also, the button that says ISSUE REFUND should be displaying right if its a cleared transaction?
