How does one escalate a claim? because my transaction to a differnt ugg fraudster isnt showning up  on my account> i do have an email reciept saying they have recieved payment but i dont know how to escalate this never used pay pal before. can you help? ... View more

I habeas ordered for Uggoutlet But have from Uggmall. I have received obviously fake goods and no return address. I paid them through pay pal and the money has left my back account. But there is no visible transaction through paypal even though I received a reciept from the seller. I want escalate this and am not finding my way around pay pal. can any one help? ... View more
