After clicking on "LINK AND CONFIM MY CREDIT CARD", I always get back this sort of error: " Sorry — your last action could not be completed If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity. If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again."

Hello to all, I've got my new credit card - Diners (Discover) ant tried to verify it. I entered three times (I think) my credit card just to receive 4-digit code while PayPal took 3 times 1.95$ from my credit card. After two or three days I received 2x 4-digit codes on my bank statement, and day after 1x 1-digit code received. I tried three times to input/insert those 4-digit codes into my PayPal user account, and from on - I can't link/verify my credit card anymore, and when I log in always get this message "please, verify your credit card,... etc." I even tried to completely remove this credit card, and enter it again - and nothing helps. Hello. Yesterday, I've got received my money back from the seller I returned the (wrong sent) item back. In my account there's no linked bank accounts / credit cards - I remove them both because I've changed the bank (service provider), so they even't don't exist anymore! As I saw in PayPal login overview, money was returned back - refunded to the account I've sent payment to the seller, which, I said - doesn't exist anymore! What now? Am I going to lose that money, whether there will be any problems? P.S. These days, I'm waiting for a new bank cards to be made / sent to my new bank service provider, after that, of course I will link them to my PayPal account. THANK YOU, KIND REGARDS.

Hello people. I've made yesterday my so second payment from ebay->paypal... so, there's few things "missing" from my first payment I did... the picture: http://i41.tinypic.com/14uz3ad.jpg why there is no anymore those stuff... like on my first order - settings like converstion from, conversion to, exchange rate? is it because i've made difference that i want my bank course/rate choosing (2) option while paying? I'm kind of a new PayPal user, almost a beginner... so, wondering, in properties - My personal info - down below "Tax information" - what's the meaning of this? I'm from Europe - Croatia and have no thing in common with USA... what I'm supposed to choose in "update" ? Now is written: "US tax-exempt (certified on 1/28/2012)" ...and more in "update"; " Select the statement that best describes your tax status: I am not a US person or entity and am exempt from US taxation. Non-US person: Please select this option if you believe you're not subject to US taxes. This applies to a person who isn't a US citizen, not living in the US, not legally a US resident and/or has a non-US business. Non-US businesses generally include: Companies incorporated outside the US. Partnerships, trusts and estates registered outside the US. Persons or legal entities that are not subject to US tax laws. Consult with a tax professional if you’re unsure whether you’re subject to US taxation. I am subject to US taxes, and I own this non-US PayPal account. ...what means all that things? Today, have paid payment with my Visa Electron debit card (from Croatia / Europe), down written in e-mail says: "Unconfirmed shipping address" - why this? I have premier account and verified, too. I don't want any problems with seller, want to make everything clean and clear. (it's my firstly order via paypal and ebay)... what should do to make it confirmed?
