i was just wondering if i messed up shortly after making a payment to Made-in-china i stumbled upon something in the paypal user agreement it says PayPal Business Payments may only be sent to China in U.S. Dollars and the payment must be equal to or greater than $2000.00 USD. my payment was less than $2000. did i just throw my money away ?
