I put a notebook that I am selling on gumtree, person emails me wanting to buy and asked for my paypal details which I gave, got a email from paypal stating that the person has paid but the payment is in my pending balance and that ive to sent the netbook and send paypal the reference number so they can check the coriour then the money will then be put into my withdraw balance but when I log on to paypal its not showing any pending balance should I be worried as its the other side of the world that they want me to post to?
