Hey all~I spoke to Drugstore.com for the second time today after finally getting someone to help me at PayPal. The problem is a Drugstore.com server checkout-connection-to-PayPal issue. There is a work around by choosing another payment method - the coupon should remain applied to your order. It is best to have a Drugstore.com specialist on the line with you though to be certain the discount remains applied through the final checkout. Worked for me. Not sure it was worth all the time sorting it out, but there is some satisfaction it getting the bloody thing to work finally. Good luck!
