PayPal Community

So today I logged on to paypal and having recently moved tried to update my address. When I went into the address section, under "alternate address" it lists somebody named "Bushra Alamgir" with a totally unfamiliar address in Indiana (I live in Canada), and underneath it says "you've indicated that deliveries can be sent to this address."    I don't know where this address came from, is there any way to get more information? I don't understand how somebody can get access to my account like this and it has me worried. I'd like to find out WHEN this address was added and why I wasn't notified via email when it was. ... I do not have a credit card (poor credit history). I have a bank account attached to my paypal and it is verified. When trying to make purchases it gives me the error message: "You must add a credit card to complete this purchase. Some payments, like instant and immediate payments, require a credit card."     Not only that, but when attempting to link my paypal account to my blizzard account, it gives me the exact same message. I'm not even trying to make a purchase, I'm just trying to link the account. If a credit card is 100% necessary for making some online purchases, then would it be possible to add a secured credit card to paypal? ... View more
