Having minor heart attack! 1/ I unintentionally bounced a payment from my bank account to PayPal for Pay After Delivery. 2/ A day later I immediately transferred to my PayPal Balance. A few days after that they put my PP Balance in a negative. AND re-withdrew funds from my bank account...successfully. 3/ Both have been in PayPal Hell Dimension since Aug. 24th. 4/ Funds added to PayPal finally cleared today but because my balance was negative for the same amount it zeroed out. 5/ PP has in effect stolen MY money as the now have payment they withdrew from bank AND the deposit I made to my PP Balance. 6/ Tomorrow and the next two more payments will be coming out of my bank account for other purchases but will now bounce as well because they are sitting on over $200 of MY money. WTACTUALF? !?!? Emails, phone calls, no one seems to have the autonomy to change anything. Why even bother having a customer service department!!! Anyone else have same experience with PP sitting on money that does technically belong to them? When the next two payments bounce because of this, will PP cover the NSF fees for their own inability to do simple accounting, fact checking, and asking for documentation for proof of payments clearing?
