I can't find it in My Wallet where my bank account is listed. Right place?

I look forward to your reply to my post on PayPal's hold on a cash refund to me from Best Buy for a product returned to Best Buy. Ebay is not involved. The purchase was not made through eBay but through a PayPal deduction from my bank. Again, eBay is NOT involved. But my refund is being held. Please, if you a tempted to press F7 or whatever and send me the standard boilerplate reply do not.

PayPay is holding $149 that is a refund to me from Best Buy for a product that I returned to my Best Buy store. It has Nothing to do with eBay. Zero. I paid for the product through a PayPay deduction from my bank account. The Best Buy transaction is complete: Best Buy took the item back and sent me an email the same day saying that the refund has been made to my PayPal account. And there it sits. How could this possibly be related to PayPal's putative claim that it holds money to protect users? Nonsense. I can only conclude that holding money at PayPal is represents a new profit center within the company to maximize the amount of money PayPal can hold and the length of time it can hold it in interest-bearing accounts as this latest completely illogical and absurd case illustrates.
