Hi! Contact ebay first. I just had a buyer in the U.k. decline a $400 dollar item because he didn't want to pay the customs fees and filed an item not as described case. Not only did I look through ebay's rules and regulations, i posted all of what i found in the dispute as well. Guess what, Ebay gave me every dime back, including my shipping. The package, I have no clue, it may come back it may not. But to help you out, type this as a response: Ebayer claimed that item was not as described after wearing, destroying and damaging my item. Item can not be as "item not as described" because the ebayer never contacted me right after purchase and i have a no return policy on my listing." It is against ebay's rules and regulations for a buyer to open an item not as described case against a seller if they do not return the item back to me in the same condition they received it. I request a release of funds. It has been 30 days since this package was originally mailed to this ebayer, in excellent and great condition. I have lost all money and the ability to even resell this item. I have submited pictures and extensive proof that these are not even close to the same pair of sandals that I sent this ebayer. Also, the ebayer never sent you a tracking number or uploaded it to ebay per the rules as well. For item not as described cases, sellers may protect themselves from losing a case if they provide clear documentation that the item was described accurately and consistently throughout the listing and all associated communication. For example, cases may be resolved in the seller's favor when the seller provides documentation that: the buyer complains that the item is used, not new, and the listing and all associated communication clearly and consistently describes the item as used, or a defect in the item was correctly described by the seller, or the item was properly described, but the buyer didn't want it after they received it, or the item was properly described but did not meet the buyer's expectations, or the item has minor scratches and was listed as used condition. I hope this helps!
