I want to add a e-mail address so that I can make it Primary since I lost access to my current Primary e-mail. Paypal won't let me. This is what happens when I try, "We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account permissions." Any clues or fix to this? Help much appreciated.
