Hi all Hoping for some guidance. My postman takes it upon himself to sign for my parcels when he delivers them and leaves them outside my flat door - I Iive in a block of 78 flat. Twice my items gone missing/stolen. eBay won’t uphold my claim because it’s been marked as delivered and the postman has signed for them. Royal Mail won’t help and simply say “the postman doesn’t remember who signed for it “. I’m £40 down from this happening at Xmas and now £80 down on a recent eBay purchase. Seller is not interested and won’t help. As far as eBay is concerned it’s delivered. Help !
