Hi. Seeing that I can't get to a PayPal person, I'll post this here. I've received a few e-mails to apply for the above-referenced card. I was turned down twice, so WHY are they still sending me solicitations? That has no logic at all. My request is that they retool their marketing SW so that when someone clicks a link in a solicitation e-mail, they know it and won't send the same thing to that customer again. This was developed back in the 90s, so I can't see why no one in their I.T. Dept. knows this. Alternatively, I'd be glad to offer my 40 yrs. plus in I.T. on a consultancy basis, if they want to fix this glitch. In the meantime, DON'T send any more credit card solicitations, seeing that you've already denied me. Thank you, Ms. J. S. Butler
