Hello. So i have this problem and i dont know how to solve it. I spent some time with relatives who live in Slovenia and in that time i opened paypal account on Slovenia and put my credit card from country where i live. After a few months I went back to my country. Since then it's been more than a year ago and I still use my paypal account normally and then i received a notice that I had exceeded the allotted amount of money for this year and my account was locked until i send my documents and banks statement. In the meantime, I received some more money to the account that they are now blocked. My question is, will I be able to unlock my account if I sent my documents(they are not conducted in Slovenia and a statement that the bank is also not in Slovenia)? As I understand they want to prove my identification to extend my account?I'd be much grateful if you'd answer my question and help me to solve this problem since I'm a student and the money from account is for my further education.
