Hi I am trying to pay for an item on ebay and at the last moment of transaction I get this. We were unable to process your PayPal payment because of a restriction on your account. If you encounter this message more than once, please contact PayPal Customer Service for further assistance. There is absolutely no reason for any restriction at all and it wont let me pay for things on any other website either. It has done this once before and I had to spend money calling ebay and paypal. It says I have no cases open. Whats going on. Tired of it. Samantha thanks for any help
