My husband ordered an item from archery needs. He does not have a PayPal account. he just entered his cc info and the seller ran the transaction through payPal. He has not received the item he ordered and has tried to contact Archery needs. They don't have a phone number or address on their web-site, just an email address. he gets no reply to his emails inquiring about his item. How do I file a dispute through PayPal since he did not use a Paypal account, but Paypal ran the vredit card. I have been on hold for 30 minutes with the PayPal phone number.
