Hi, I have had exactly the same scenario with my ebay buyers today; I've sold 3 things today and not received payment although the buyers have emailed to say they have paid and it's pending. I've had an account for 6 years and have used in the last month with no problem. I've checked my Paypal account and ebay account email address and they are both correct and the same. Following your advice I've checked the box on the listing and it was wrong but how do I change /rectify it as it is correct on my paypal and ebay account? It's driving me mad and I've spent ages trying to resolve it - dumbo needs a step by step guide!
