Hello, the same problem occured to me after i noticed that when i add money to my bank account they do not appear in paypal. Previously i did not have such problem - paypal showed the money properly and i sent and recieved money without any problem. But when i added money on December 2012 they were not showing on the site. And ever since then the money i add to my linked bank account do not appear as present. I checked the adresses and saw that the credit card is linked to an adress in which i do not live anymore. And when i tried to update the adress using the information in this topic a sign shows and says: This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card. My question is: Is my problem related to the change in adresses and how do i fix it? And if it is not, what is the problem? Thank you in advance, Denitza.
