Hi, I am having some trouble trying to get a virtual visa with my one4allgift card through paypal. The first time i tried i got my claim code by email for the virtual visa and all that was needed was another email with a link to finalise it,but insted i got an email saying we cant process your order. eventually after emails and calls i got a refund back into my paypal accountand i tried again with the same process but this time inever got a email with a claim code or link email . and it says on my paypal account that the money went through to purchase a virtual visa . can you help me ?
