Recieved email saying: Congratulations! Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account. But I havent requested to do this. Can someone confirm this is an automatic thing as concerned someone may have requested it on my behalf fraudulently as may have access to my account.
