I have several solutions to make the most out of your money that is stuck in PayPal. As you may or may not be aware the FSA (Or whatever they are now called) will not intervene unless there are loads of complaints. This is because PayPal moved its UK offices to Luxembourg in 2007 and are now regulated by the Luxembourg Authorities. My advice to anyone who has problems with PayPal withdrawals is to Give up...Reverse your pending withdrawal**, donate your money to charity, buy some porn, buy a hosting package create a file called index.php with the following code in ..... <?php echo "PayPal **bleep**"; ?> or any other unuseful thing you can think of. Another solution which would need some research is to keep withdrawing and reversing your transactions, PayPal charge 50p to reverse a withdrawal. So Withdraw and Reverse until PayPal has taken all your money in admin fees. Then put an claim in the small claims court online (Moneyclaimonline) to get your money back. Hi,   I take it you get to the page where you enter the amount and select bank, on clicking Continue it seems to do nothing and stays at that page.   If this is the issue you are having it is a Security Feature PayPal are attempting to implement and have been attempting to implement since the beginning of February.   Have you added a new phone number? banks? credit card? recently.   I have noticed on a number of client accounts that PayPal recently made some changes, you now get asked to confirm you identity to make a withdrawal.   They will want to confirm your identity by 1) Sending a text message with a code 2) Calling you with a code 3) Confirming your Credit Card number 4) Confirming your Security Questions 5) Confirming your Bank Account number   Therefore changing or adding new details for the above "flags" your account, once you have made a change it will no longer use that method to confirm your identity and it may move on to another method, if it doesnt your f***ed.   Even if you do manage to confirm your identity, you will still have to wait 72hours or more for PayPal to do additional security checks (PayPal to English translation: security check = 4% interest in PayPal's bank)   My advice, Give up, donate your money to charity, buy some porn, buy a hosting package create a file called index.php with the following code in .....   <?php echo "PayPal **bleep**"; ?>   or any other unuseful thing you can think of. ... I am a self promoted Volunteer, I haven't come here to ask ANY questions.   I have come here to give people sound honest advice, if I dont know the answer I will not reply, giving people false hope and information.   kernowlass, your post is conflicting with information provided by PayPal Customer Services, Mods and other Advisors.   Number 3 to be precise, PayPal "Staff" do not have any ability to manually process any payments or transfers.   The Faster Payment Service here in UK runs 24/7, PayPal's withdrawal and payment system is Automated and isn't under an employment contract that allows it to have a holiday, it is not entitled to a salary, food, water (It is a 21st Century Slave)!
