Hello, Here is my story: I purchased items worth ~ 865 $ from an online store in China. All ok untill the package arrived. The items were in a very bad shape, not matching the description on their site, damaged, some missing and so on... Not what i paid for. So i open a dispute with the seller then escalated it to a claim ... after 2 weeks of "investigation" and proof sent to paypal ... i finally got a decision that i will be refunded the whole amount including shipping and handling which costed me another 400 $ and i need to send back the package... Which i did and provided shipping number and proof of other costs i had to pay to return... something happened after one week... the claim that was in "Item return" state dissapeared ... sent email to paypal.. no response but another claim was opened in Reviewed by Paypal state... There i was asked again to provide info about the package... then waited. After a while the seller contacted me saying that he got the package and to receive a refund worth 620 $ i have to cancel the dispute.... since i did not trust that will happen and still that was half the amount i paid already i didn't cancel it and contacted paypal that the item arrived and seller got it... Paypal delayed me 1 week... then i got back to them asking for a status... delayed me another week... on the last day when they said i will have an answer i got a message: ----------------------------- The tracking information you provided was invalid and we were unable to confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund. ---------------------------- You can immagine the shock i had when i saw that email... tried to contact them and ask for verification ... attached the email the seller sent me ... but after 2 days i got a response: ---------------------------- We have reviewed the tracking information you provided. Unfortunately the tracking number and proof of shipment you submitted was either invalid or does not show delivery to the buyer's correct address. The tracking information you provided shows the following: Tracking Number: CO994939902RO Shipping Company: Romania Post Please check your tracking numbers for accuracy. You need to provide a valid tracking number to qualify for seller protection. ------------------------- I can't understand why they keep saing that ... the seller got it ... the site where they originally gave me to track when they shipped the product http://intmail.183.com.cn/itemtrace_en.jsp says that there was a Final delivery .. and paypal refuses to refund me .... What should i do now ? 1250 $ is the total amount i had to pay ... now i dont have the goods expected anymore nor the money ....
