I sold an item from a website to a member that had good feedback and a lot of posts. I shipped it 5-18, delivery confirmation says it was signed for 5-28, i opened an investigation on 6-4 since buyer still hasnt seen it. he checked with neighbors and such, but no luck. He doesnt seem like a shady person, but we've only had written communication. If i had to guess, one of his neighbors signed for it and the post office doesnt care enough to really investigate it ? Anyrate, he wants a refund but post office wont refund me because it was confirmed delivered. I suspect he will probably file a dispute with paypal any day now. Thoughts on how i should proceed ? im in the US, he is in AUS.
