hi,i'm barri, and i need HELP! i don't have a credit or debit card of any kind, so i thought i should get a paypal debit card,since i travel quite a bit now. i jumped through all the hops,and got the letter in the mail today,with the number code that i'm supposed to enter on the confirm address page. so, i don't see that anywhere. the letter says to enter this in my address bar https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=account-acc-confim i do so ,and it says" you've reached an outdated paypal page"!!!!!!! HHHEEELLLPPPP!!!!!
