Hi, How can you/paypal lift my limit? I'm from Bularia but I'm married and live and work in Macedonia, but I have my Bulgarian citizenship etc... I have an active bank account in Bulgaria and i credit/debit card which I use for my paypal account and I also sent you all my documents that I have as my ID card, my citizenship, statemen from my bank account, my passport etc... but for a final setup your representative asked me to send him an utility bill which I don't have since I do not live officialy in Bulgaria any more. Can someone help me?
