I got ripped off too. I live in the USA and have NEVER used eBay Europe for anything. I had GBP77 taken from my bank account. This caused my mortgage check as well as other charges to bounce. The fees alone are now over $100 as I sit and wait 10 days for them to "investigate" also my bank has shutdown my account due to fraudulent activity. It IS a scam!!!
