I am unable to send money to another PP account using my PP balance. It tries to charge my credit card instead and doesn't give me the option to use my balance. I've already spoken to PP about this but they were very vague. They said it's an ongoing issue, they're trying to fix it but can't tell me when it will be resolved. I just saw another thread about someone experiencing the same exact thing and it was posted over a month ago. This means that it has been going on for a while now. Why isn't PP doing anything to fix this? Frustrated.
