I contacted them thru email, twitter & facebook and have yet to receive a response. Ugh. They won't talk to me because it's under my Dads name. He basically works, sleeps, then works again. No time for him to call.

I have been trying to use my paypal balance to make a purchase for the last week now. Every time I try, it gives me an error and says contact merchant. I've called walmart 3 times now and they keep telling me it's PayPals fault. I have more than enough money in my paypal balance to pay for my walmart order. Any ideas?
