I moved house 1st April, and had been thru all my online accounts to change address' including ebay and paypal and unbeknown to me that although I had changed the address' on ebay, I hadn't checked one box stating that this was no longer primary delivery address. Since then I have been ordering items for my new house, only to discover after contacting sellers they were being delivered to my old address. And in total I've lost around £70 on 8 different items. I have spoken to ebay who say resolve this with the sellers, but its not there fault as I did change the address and also paid thru paypal whom also have my delivery details. I am confused to why after changing all of my billing, delivery, cardholders etc, address' that neither companies questioned it at all. I am currently waiting to see if any of the items are returned, but if not would I be entitled to any kind of a refund and if so from whom..... I am truly pulling my hair out on this one and would really appreciate any advice anybody has
