PayPal Community

Since I am not able to post a new thread because this site is broken, I am going to post it here:   I have noticed that Paypal has charged me a huge amount for a payment i received. I am attaching the details: Client Sent 103.60 GBP (9334.35 inr) Fee - 5.62 GBP Total received 97.98 GBP balance now = 131.64 USD (95.22 GBP) Converted to 8,242.53 INR (1191.82 deducted 11.697%)   My Question is WHY WAS GBP BALANCE CONVERTED TO USD AND THEN AGAIN TO INR?
